Whatsapp New Feature: WhatsApp, one of the world’s most popular messaging apps, is now preparing to bring a new and interesting feature. Soon users will be able to create AI-generated chat wallpapers with the help of Meta AI. This feature is currently in development but is expected to be rolled out through an update in the coming weeks. So far, WhatsApp users can change their chat background by choosing a solid color or a photo from the gallery. But the new AI feature will go one step further. In this, users will be able to create a wallpaper of their choice by giving text prompts, for example, if you write “Sunset in Mountains”, then Meta AI will create a beautiful wallpaper based on the same details.
The new feature will give a new experience
This feature will make the chat experience more personal, interactive and creative. If users want, they can apply this AI-wallpaper to all chats simultaneously or choose a different wallpaper for a specific chat. According to WABetaInfo, this feature will be available in “Chat Theme Settings” where users can either choose from the designs suggested by Meta AI or create a new wallpaper by giving their own text. The special thing is that these wallpapers will be made by fitting according to the size of your phone screen so that quality and clarity are maintained. This update is a big step towards better use of AI in WhatsApp by Meta.
Used earlier in Facebook and Instagram
Meta AI has already been used in Facebook and Instagram and now it will also give customization and fun experience to WhatsApp users. Apart from this, WhatsApp is also working on many other new features like animated stickers, message translation on Android, and updates to improve the calling experience. The AI-generated wallpaper feature will be available very soon and users will be able to use it after the app update.
